Gabriel Fula

Gabriel Fula is an Austin-based entrepreneur with a diverse background in real estate, engineering, and tech sales. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Electronics Systems Engineering, Gabriel has honed his technical skills and strategic mindset through his education and three years in tech sales. As the co-founder of COL CAPITALS, LLC, Gabriel oversees the company's acquisitions and business development efforts in the real estate sector.

His expertise in identifying opportunities in distressed properties, overseeing renovations, and securing private capital ensures successful outcomes for investment partners. Gabriel also manages single-family property operations and applies his financial analysis skills to inform strategic decisions. Additionally, he oversees the planning and creation of educational marketing content on the company's social media platforms.

Gabriel's entrepreneurial journey began while he was studying engineering at Texas A&M University. At the age of 22, he co-founded an event promotion group in College Station, TX, which has since grown into one of the largest promotion groups in the area, showcasing his leadership and business acumen beyond traditional engineering roles. He continues to educate himself and engage in high-impact networking experiences by attending real estate events and closely following the real estate market.

In addition to his real estate and entrepreneurial ventures, Gabriel selflessly loves to help other young entrepreneurs by sharing his insights and experiences on real estate podcasts.
